Booking Info

Are you ready to book your tickets? Please read through the following notes to familiarise yourself with how things are done at LTH.

Tickets may be booked online, over the phone or in person at our Box Office.

The Box Office is open Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm/Saturday 10am - 3pm, or one hour prior to the start time of the show you are coming to see.

You can also use our secure online booking service.

Internet Bookings

Loughborough Town Hall has introduced a new ticketing system which will considerably improve your experience when making purchases at the venue.

Secure Site

Using the latest technology, you can be confident that buying a ticket through our website is completely secure.

Seating - Select Your Own Seat

Choose your own seat for a performance and using the 'view option', see what the stage will look like from your chosen seating area.

Please take a look at our seating plan for the Main Hall. This is the most common configuration although for technical reasons, it may alter slightly.

A PLAN

For events such as Comedy Clubs and Literature at Lunchtime seating is unreserved, and in these cases customers may sit where they like according to availability. Tickets will therefore not display a seat number, and seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Special Offer Alert

Our new system will automatically provide you with information about reduced prices and other special offers making sure you get the best value for your money.

Online Customer Account

When you first make a purchase through our ticketing system you will be asked to set up a customer account. This is a simple process and once you have created your account our system will hold your password protected information, which you can access at any time. Simply use the Account Log-in button feature on the home page of our website. Once you have created your account, there will be no need to re-input your information when making future purchases.

Need Help?

If you have a problem with accessing or using our new online ticketing system, our Box Office staff are happy to give you advice or, on appointment, a personalised demonstration of the system and help you to set up your account.

Fees and Charges

Booking Fee

For selected shows a £1.50 per ticket fee is included in the advertised price.

This charge is anticipated to cover most of the associated booking costs incurred by LTH to enable the venue to continue to offer a quality and affordable programme. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

LTH retains the right to retain any booking fees should a refund be authorised for a cancelled show, in order to cancel a transaction. If a show is rescheduled and a refund authrorised, LTH retains the right to deduct any booking fees from the monies returned, or credit voucher issued.

Postal and Collection Options

All customers have the option for their purchased tickets posted to them. There is a £1.50 charge for this service.

Should customers wish to collect their printed tickets from the Box Office on the day/night of the show, a printing charge of £1.50 per booking will be applied. This does not apply to any visitors who are signed up to our Essential Companionship Scheme, or for purhcases made in-person at the Box Office.

Print At Home/E-tickets

Booking online with our system offers customers the possibility of printing your tickets at home. This will save postage costs, the possibility of lost tickets and help reduce the level of printing we do as a venue. Simply follow the instructions during the booking process. We will contact you before the show with any key information regarding your visit, and after the event to find out what you thought about it!
