Stone conservation works at Loughborough Town Hall
Loughborough Town Hall will be undergoing a period of major stone conservation works to its Grade 2 protected front wall, starting from Monday 18th August. These works are expected to last approximately 6 weeks in total, and the area immediately outside the front of the building will be fenced off.
These works will include providing essential preventative maintenance, key repairs around the arches/canopy areas and include further examination of the Town Hall clock. These works will further preserve the Grade 2-listed venue frontage which has been ever-present in the heart of Loughborough since 1855.
We are pleased to say there will be no impact to LTH’s advertised opening hours or any of the exciting shows and events taking place during this period, with our Sock Gallery and Box Office remaining open during these works.
