Enjoy a fun and creative day ‘painting with wool’ and go home with a beautiful piece of felted artwork. Creating wet felted pictures is an excellent introduction to the medium of wet felting. You will not only learn how to lay out the wool and felt it, but also how to use different types of wool, silk and plant fibres to create depth and texture in your picture. Your finished picture will be approximately 40 x 40cm.
All materials are provided; all you need to bring are 2 hand towels. If you have a favourite seascape picture you would like to make, then do bring it, otherwise Karen will have some to use for inspiration.
