10.0am – 4.00pm
This full day workshop with artist Ruth Gray provides the opportunity to explore painting techniques using acrylic paint and inks, coloured pencils and crayons along side mediums and other materials such as tissue paper to create interesting effects.
The morning will introduce the materials and allow for experimentation and in the afternoon participants can create an artwork using what they have learned in the morning.
The workshop will be a mixture of demonstration and facilitation with encouragement to learn from each other too. There will be examples of Ruth’s own work and also the inspiration from other artists too.
