We're recruiting to the role of Marketing and Development Manager

Loughborough Town Hall is looking to recruit to the new role of Marketing and Development Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective marketing of all the venues shows, events, and Gallery, alongside raising the profile of the venue and manage communication with audiences, stakeholders and media contacts.

The post holder will be tasked with developing new commercial initiatives and the successful marketing of them to customers.

Loughborough Town Hall is multi-purpose receiving house theatre, Art gallery and venue, set in the heart of Charnwood in Leicestershire and welcoming over 90,000 people per year.

Hosting over 250 performances and events per year, including an award-winning annual pantomime, Loughborough Town Hall has a varied programme attracting nationally acclaimed acts and productions across the world of comedy, drama, musical theatre and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and creating large-scale promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media, briefing and working with Graphic Designers and suppliers, alongside developing sponsorship leads to contribute to the venue’s commercial target.

Knowledge and experience in website development would also be desirable, but not essential.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with opportunities for hybrid working.

Salary: Grade S01 - SCP23-25 - £277741-£29577 per annum.
