In light of the UK Government’s announcement regarding new tiering regulations and their anticipated effects on theatres, Loughborough Town Hall regrets to announce that we will be postponing full capacity performances up to at least Thursday 11th March 2021 inclusive.

This will include all performances due to take place in both our Main Hall and Victoria Room spaces.

We are continuing to work with show producers and promoters to clarify individual show implications including performance rescheduling. Customers for any performances affected up to Thursday 11th March 2021 will be contacted and provided with further instructions.

Staff at the venue are currently working hard behind the scenes exploring options for possible socially distanced performances in 2021 and further announcements regarding these will be made in the future. 

The health and safety of our wonderful audiences, dedicated staff and talented performers remains our primary concern and as further guidance from the Government is released, we are continuing to assess a suitable reopening date for the Sock Gallery, our Box Office and auditoria. This will only be undertaken when it is deemed safe to do so for all.

Our Box Office team is working through the thousands of bookings affected by performance changes as quickly as possible and we ask for your patience and understanding at this time. All customers affected will be contacted as promptly as possible and we advise retaining all tickets at present. All ticket payments are held securely and will not be at risk, even if the original show date has already passed.

We will only re-open Loughborough Town Hall once we can ensure customer, staff and performer safety, in line with national guidelines.

In response to customers asking us how to support Loughborough Town Hall during this time, tickets for all future productions beyond this date can still be booked online 24/7 through our website (www.loughboroughtownhall.co.uk). Alternatively, Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and can be redeemed at any future performance.
