Statement - Aladdin Postponed until 2021
Published Wed 26th August, 2020 by Loughborough Town Hall
It is with great sadness that Loughborough Town Hall and Little Wolf Entertainment announce that this year’s planned pantomime season of Aladdin, will now be postponed to Christmas 2021.
This has been a hugely difficult decision for Loughborough Town Hall, Little Wolf Entertainment and Charnwood Borough Council, particularly after the record-breaking success of our previous pantomime season.
Nonetheless, given the current uncertainty around when theatres across the country can host larger audiences, alongside the many months of preparation needed to bring the magic of pantomime to life, this is an unavoidable decision.
The rescheduled dates for Aladdin are from Saturday 20th November 2021 until Sunday 2nd January 2022. Our Box Office team will be in contact with all ticket holders in the next few weeks and we ask for your patience and understanding at this time. We advise ticket holders to retain all tickets at present. Please be assured that all payments are held securely.
We understand that this will be disappointing news to our wonderful audiences, who make a trip to the Loughborough pantomime a key part of their Christmas festivities every year. We hope you will join us next year as we focus all our attentions on ensuring Aladdin’s return to Loughborough in 2021 is more magical and spectacular than ever before!
We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from our friends at The Loughborough Building Society, as well as all the kind words of support from audiences and partners alike. We look forward to welcoming you back through the doors of Loughborough Town Hall in the future.
