Loughborough Town Hall is excited to announce that after the huge success of the past Two years, We will be hosting our third relaxed performance as part of our 2019-20 Panto season, For jack and the Beanstalk. 

Relaxed performances are aimed at those with sensory difficulties, learning difficulties and communication disorders,  customers without these difficulties are equally welcome to attend, but please be aware that to make our relaxed performance more accessible and welcoming for these customers, we will:

* Have house lights up throughout the performance

* Keep doors open to allow customers to move freely if uncomfortable

* Have no large bangs and no pyrotechnics

* Allow more noise in the Auditorium than we normally expect

* Offer spaces outside of the Auditorium to calm children who feel discomfort

* Communicate with you more frequently than we would normally

* Send you a ‘what to expect’ guide to the venue which is aimed to reassure  customers with these disorders who may find the experience intimidating

 If you are unable to attend our venue without assistance, we invite you to join our essential companionship scheme. Members of this scheme will qualify for a free ticket so that they can bring a helper or carer at no additional cost on their visit to the venue.
