Charlie Baker

 Charlie Baker 1

Charlie Baker’s versatile talent as a stand-up comedian, actor, and highly acclaimed jazz-singer has seen him earn a reputation as ‘a superior take on the modern showman’ (The Guardian). He has starred in Sky One’s Harry Hill’s Teatime, BBC Two’s The Premier League Show, Extra Slice, Channel 4’s The Last Leg, Comedy Gala, The Superhuman Show and Comedy Central At The Comedy Store. The avid sports fan Charlie has been heard on BBC 5Live’s Fighting Talk and covering on talksport’s Hawkesbee & Jacobs Show he also has a cult podcast The National Obsession.

His versatile talents as a stand-up comedian, actor, and highly acclaimed jazz-singer has seen him have sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival with his hit shows Baker’s Dozen (2013), Just The One (2015) and The Hit Polisher (2017) which he then toured around the UK.

As a talented actor he has starred in BBC One’s Eastenders, Doctor Who, The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas as well as the hit West End musical I Can’t Sing where he played the hunchback with “a hilarious rap number” (The Telegraph). Charlie is currently working on a brand new family show for Edinburgh ‘The Greatest Goat Of All Time’ as well as working on a new stand up tour. As ever Charlie is multi-tasking!

Fin Taylor

Fin Taylor has made a name for himself as one of the most talked about comedians working in the UK. His successive Edinburgh shows “Whitey McWhiteface” and “Lefty Tighty Righty Loosey” were 5 star sell-out runs, and cemented his reputation as a fiercely funny and uncompromising social commentator. He went on to appear on Comedy Central’s ‘Roast Battle’ and ‘Live From the Comedy Store’ as well as making his own series for the Channel, “Fin Taylor plays Bullshit Bingo”.

“The most discussed, and critically lauded comedian of recent Edinburgh Fringes” ★★★★★ The Scotsman

Kevin McCarthy

Kevin Mccarthy has been a comedian a long while, all his life infact. But only in the late eighties did he make it his career. He started purely by accident, getting on stage as an open spot at the infamous "Tunnel Club" in South East London purely to win a dare. A truck driver at the time with his own business, comedy became a hobby until the trucking had to go and he became a full time comedian. His career to date has covered the full gambit of the comedy world, indeed the world at large, working in such far flung places as South America, North America, the Caribbean, Europe, The Middle East, even Afghanistan. He has entertained all-comers…. kids, troops, Hells Angels, audiences from 10 to 45,000. He not only performs on but also writes for television, having been involved recently in writing “The Sketch Show”, the BAFTA award winning ITV comedy, and has appeared on many television productions as a comedian, a comic actor, and indeed as a straight actor. His involvement with T.V. includes warm-up duties on such shows as “The Lottery”, and “Later, with Jools Holland”. He writes speeches for the management of such corporate giants as Coca Cola and provides corporate comedy work-shops for institutions such as them; even teaching prisoners in Winchester prison from novice to performer in organised courses in jail.

His reputation as a funny and importantly reliable act is acknowledged throughout the business both as a stand up comedy set performer and perhaps more highly still as a compere/M.C. His experience and ability to connect to any audience is almost legendary. When it comes to any aspect of the comedy business he delivers, and delivers to an exceptionally high level.
