This event is taking place at The Cope Auditorium at LU Arts, based on the Loughborough University campus.

The Loughborough Legend is a 60 minute stage reading by Pamela Roberts, author, historian and new playwright, presenting the ground-breaking and enthralling life story of Antiguan Scholar Reverend James Arthur Harley 1875-1943. The gifted scholar attended Yale, Harvard and Oxford Universities at the turn of 20th Century, before becoming the 1910 Shepshed curate who reinvigorated the local community, and the 1920's Councillor and Loughborough College Governor dubbed the Stormy Petrel.
