A solo exhibition by Liz Persse

Richard, a beautiful black cat, walked into Liz's house one day, uninvited, and made himself at home.  The event resulted in a series of acrylic on canvas paintings by Liz, with Richard's simple, black shape as the focus, his eyes showing his curious character.  Sadly, Richard is no longer with Liz, but she has since been blessed with the presence of Daisy, a very portly tabby cat.  Originally trained in printed textiles, Liz has a love of colour and contrasting patterns that can be seen in her work.

Balcony Gallery is located on the first floor at Loughborough Town Hall, accessed from the main foyer area. It is open Mondays-Saturdays from 9am-5pm and when the venue is open for events and shows.  Entry to all of Loughborough Town Hall's galleries is free of charge.
