The Man I Love - A Tribute to George Gershwin

Lizzie Cooper sings a selection of her favourite songs written by the great composer George Gershwin, with special guest, Alan Barnes.
George Gershwin will always be remembered as the composer who is synonymous with the sounds and style of the Jazz Age.

The music he created during his relatively short life includes shows, films, opera and popular songs. Many of them have become jazz standards. Tonight Lizzie Cooper and her band will be performing some of his best known and loved compositions.

Joining her will be multi-award winning saxophonist, Alan Barnes, a national treasure, superb interpreter of Gershwin’s music, and someone who is sure to help make it a night to remember!
