Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll

This little book was initially as a private gift for Alice Liddell, the daughter of the Dean of Christ Church College, Oxford. But its publication in 1864 took the world by storm and it has remained a favourite with children and adults ever since. We will be looking more at what appeals to adults.
