5* review from The Stage for Aladdin at Loughborough Town Hall

Aladdin flies into Loughborough this Christmas for the most magical pantomime of them all!

In the town of Nan-Pan-Tan-Pan-To trouble is brewing. Aladdin loves the beautiful princess So-Shy, but to win her heart and save the day he must battle wicked wizards, dangerous dragons and take a breath-taking magic carpet ride.

The team behind last year’s sell-out, smash-hit Sleeping Beauty return with an all-new action-packed adventure for the whole family.

With stunning sets, gorgeous costumes, oodles of noodles and a cave full of surprises, this spectacular show promises to be an un-missable festive treat for the whole family.

If you only have three wishes this Christmas, make sure one of them is to see Aladdin at Loughborough Town Hall.

It is pure genie-us!

Dean Bray: Wishee Washee - Aladdin’s silly brother - h
e works in his mother’s takeaway - usually making a lot of mess!!

Nicky Pegg, John Grindey and Isabel Grindey - “Aladdin was absolutely fantastic. In fact, my mother-in-law aged 79, a regular panto attendee, said it was the best panto she had seen in her life. It was pure entertainment from start to finish. The actors were outstanding and natural and loved the Dame and Wishy Washy; their natural sense of humour, and love of the arts shone through. Well done to all involved in the show.  It was simply superb and a great way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon. Thank you!”
