Written by David Haig, My Boy Jack tells the story of Rudyard Kipling and his determination to send his myopic only son, John, to fight for his country in the trenches. The play is a beautifully crafted period drama which will be given extra poignancy against the backdrop of the World War 1 centenary commemorations.
"Dramatises Kipling's story beautifully. The family confrontations bristle with life" ~ Financial Times
