A collaborative exhibition by Tangent Textiles

Based in the West Midlands, Tangent Textiles is an established group of textile artists with a diversity of skill and expertise.

They meet regularly to exchange ideas. Their meetings are also an opportunity for critical appraisal of work in progress, which helps to push their artistic boundaries when planning and creating work for exhibitions.

The work in this exhibition of contemporary stitched textiles is inspired by nature and each member of the group has interpreted the theme in their own unique style; the interesting mix of techniques further illustrates the diverse creative strengths of the group.
