Loughborough Town Hall prides itself on bringing a varied and dynamic range of shows to the town in our 500 seat theatre. With three seasons per year, amongst our line up are a number of shows put on by companies, both amateur and professional, who have hired the space through our Show Package (see below).
When hiring the Main Hall for a production, our experienced staff will assist you in making your show run as smoothly as possible.
As well as stage shows, the Main Hall is also ideal for school award ceremonies or end of term concerts and shows, giving pupils the chance to perform in a professional venue.
At full capacity the theatre holds 500 people, although this varies depending on if you wish to use the stage extension, orchestra pit or our studio setup.
Our Show Package includes:
- Hire of the Main Hall for 5 hours
- Use of the 3 dressing rooms – 15 adults / 20 children in each
- Basic light and sound with two technicians
- Front of House Staff
- Full bar facilities
- Box Office Service (10% commission total on total Box Office ticket sales)
- If desired, The Hirer can request a maximum of 104 complimentary tickets per performance to distribute as required. All other tickets must be purchased through the Box Office
- A printing fee of £50 + VAT applies if The Hirer does not require the Box Office Service (i.e. selling own tickets)
