The central hub of the Town Hall for celebrations is the beautiful Victoria Room, suitable for up to 150 guests, with its own bar facilities as well as an optional dance floor and stage. This spacious and luxurious English Ballroom is sure to provide a talking point for your guests, with its high ceilings and period features it’s certainly the place to celebrate in style!
For more intimate gatherings, how about the cosy atmosphere of Loughborough's original Council Chamber? In this grand environment you can entertain up to 40 guests and still have room for a DJ and bottle bar.

Room hire costs will depend on how long you wish to hire the venue for, and of course which room you would like, but we do offer a special Party Package of £325* for family occasions in the Victoria Room. This includes the room being set to your requirements, full use of the Victoria Room bar, the dance floor and/or the stage.
You may wish to make an appointment to view the venue before making your decision, and a member of our Loughborough Venue Hire team will gladly show you around and answer any other queries you may have. On the date of your party our Front of House team will be on hand to ensure that your expectations are met through the duration of your event - we guarantee you'll have a ball!
