Loughborough Town Hall offers a prime location for meeting rooms in Leicestershire with four different sized rooms to choose from. The Town Hall is one of the leading Loughborough conference venues and is ideal for meetings, conferences, training events and away-days. The flexible nature of our conferencing rooms means we can accommodate a variety of room configurations.

Pricing is important so we provide a more cost effective quote based on how long you need each room for and also the number of delegates expected to attend. Our dedicated and experienced Front of House Team will be on hand during your event to ensure that every aspect runs as smoothly as possible, from set up to packing away.
Of course you are welcome to bring in your own equipment which will help keep your overall costs down, all we ask is that it is PAT tested in advance. If you’d prefer to take the pressure away and allow the venue to arrange your equipment needs, simply order this with the Events Team before your event. Our 2011/2012 prices are as follows:
- PA system with one hand held microphone: £90 + VAT
- Additional microphones: £25 + VAT each
- Projector: £90 + VAT
- Projector screen: No charge
- Laptop: £90 + VAT
- Flip charts and pens: No charge
- Overhead Projector: £25 + VAT
- Slide Projector: £50 + VAT

Loughborough Town Hall works with a team of experienced and flexible caterers who are happy to source anything you had in mind that may not appear on the menus. We can also cater for any particular dietary requirements your group may have.
