By Car

From M1 Exit the motorway at Junction 23. Follow the A512 into the centre of Loughborough. At Sainsbury’s traffic lights turn right onto Frederick Street. At the top of this road turn left onto Brown’s lane. Go past the Leisure centre on your right. At traffic lights turn and keep left. Follow the road round going past the Curzon cinema and onto Granby Street to the open car park that is 50p after 6pm. The Town Hall is in the pedestrianised market place and the main entrance is under the clock. Alternative parking is available in the multi-storey car park on Woodgate

From Leicester Follow the A6 into the town centre. When you have passed McDonalds on your right take the next left. Then turn left at the Sainsbury’s traffic lights onto Frederick Street. Then follow directions as described above.

By Train

The Station is a 15 minute walk from the town centre. The number 7 bus leaves the station every 10 minutes.

By Bus

The 126, 127, and 125 are the main buses to and from Leicester and Shepshed. For more information ring the travel line on 0870 608 2608.

January 2010: Temporary Interruption of Service The Infra-Red Hearing System is currently not operating due to a fault. The Town Hall apologises for any inconvenience to patrons. A new system will be in place soon, but in the meantime any customers effected by the lack of service should contact the Box Office for advice.
