Travelling Light Theatre, who last year delighted us with Quentin Blake’s Clown, return with a wonderful show for very young audiences. Using hugely inventive physical, musical and dance-based storytelling, Shadow Play is inspired by the ways in which children use the world around them to construct magical stories. During a fun-filled journey into the imagination, objects are conjured out of thin air, shadows develop a life of their own and atmospheric music underscores an undiscovered land created in front of our eyes.
