It's 1970, Diana Ross has left the Supremes, Black Sabbath release their debut album, Jimi Hendrix dies and Paul McCartney announces that the Beatles will disband after their final album 'Let It Be'. 1970 also marks the first performance of Christchurch Theatre Club - and what a lot of things have happened since then.

CTC have gone from strength to strength, and are now celebrating their 40th Anniversary - and want YOU to join in the celebrations. If you've seen 'Hey, Mr Producer' - a concert to celebrate the works of Cameron Macintosh - then you'll love this. A massive celebratory production, with full choreography, full 18 piece orchestra, new arrangements, full costume and full, full, full of pure Christchurch magic.

This isn't just a concert - it's a concert to end all concerts - with the ultimate surprise finale! So come and join CTC in celebrating their 40th birthday, and be entertained by songs from some of CTC's best known productions - We Will Rock You, Blood Brothers, The Sound Of Music, The Full Monty, 42nd Street, Oliver!, Barnum, La Cage Aux Folles, Joseph, Copacabana, Footloose & plenty more.

Plus, our Saturday evening performance features a champagne reception and a chance to meet the stars of the show both before and after the concert - Evening Dress is required on this night.

Come and re-live the magic....
