Tickets holders should call out Box Office on 01509 231914 to arrange a transfer of tickets or claim a full refund. 

Ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to transfer their tickets to the new date, or a full refund.  Customers will be contacted to rearrange their booking. Your original seats will be held for a period of one month to allow you to transfer over. After this point, all unsold tickets will  then be made available for public sale.
