A solo exhibition by Peter Welton

Peter has been a full-time painter of watercolours since 1990. His work is varied, from abstract images, to flowers, to portraits.  In his Sock Gallery exhibition, Peter will be showcasing his landscape paintings, both of England and of places further afield to which he has travelled.  Before painting full-time, Peter worked for many years teaching art and is an Emeritus Professor of Fine Art at De Montfort University, Leicester.

Sock Gallery is an exciting exhibition space within the foyer area at Loughborough Town Hall. It is open Mondays-Saturdays from 9am-5pm and when the venue is open for events and shows.  Entry to Sock Gallery is free of charge.
