A Solo Exhibition by Liz Emery 

Highlands, Lowlands and Places in between. Liz uses the wet
felting method to convey a vivid sense of reality through the use of
a sumptuous variety of natural fibres. She has hand dyed some
of her fibres to obtain a delicate palette of colour to capture the
purity of light in Findhorn in East Scotland.
From the majesty of the Highlands of West Scotland to the peace
of Findhorn in the North East of Scotland, Liz has explored
landscapes, grassland, meadows and grazing animals in her work
and has used textiles to enhance the images through the colour
and texture of a diverse range of natural fibres.
