How to Book

You can either book online using our secure service, in person at the Town Hall Box Office or over the phone (01509) 231 914. The Box Office is open between 9am and 5.30pm. You can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to Charnwood Borough Council) or debit / credit card (with the exception of American Express.

Seating

Please click on the link below for the Main Hall seating plan. (Note: Performances marked studio take place in a resetting of our Main Hall that offers an intimate performance space.)

Admittance

Doors open 30 minutes prior to each event. No-one will be admitted without a valid ticket (including babies). Latecomers may have to wait until a suitable break to be admitted. For some performances it may not possible to admit latecomers.

Concessions

Where concessions are indicated they may be available to the following categories: students, wild card holders, registered disabled, those in receipt of benefits, under 16's, senior citizens. For selected show buy 10 tickets and receive the eleventh free. Please check with the Box Office for availability

Reservations

Reservations will be held for 3 days and if not confirmed, will be resold.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please check your ticket at the time of purchase as we regret that we are unable to offer a ticket return or exchange service. Refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances.

Age Advisory

Please note: where a suitable age is stipulated, the show may contain themes and language not suitable for persons aged below the recommendation. Children attend at parental discretion.
