How to Book

You can either book online using our secure service, in person at the Town Hall Box Office or over the phone (01509) 231 914. The Box Office is open between 10am and 5.30pm. You can pay by cash, cheque (made payable to Charnwood Borough Council) or debit / credit card (with the exception of American Express.

Admittance

Doors open 30 minutes prior to each event. No-one will be admitted without a valid ticket (including babies). Latecomers may have to wait until a suitable break to be admitted. For some performances it may not possible to admit latecomers.

Concessions

Available for students, wild card holders, registered disabled, those in receipt of benefits, under 16's, senior citizens. For most shows 1 free ticket is given for every 10 purchased.

Reservations

Reservations will be held for 3 days and if not collected will be resold.

Exchanges and Refunds

We only offer to exchange or refund tickets in extenuating circumstances.
